Since the scum liberals in Congress and judges are targeting your freedom and liberties and violating their oaths, maybe it is time we begin to target them.
These activist, left wing judges continue to act as dictators and kings--even as much or more than the Scum Obama--by forcing their own beliefs and ideologies onto us regardless of our wishes and more importantly the Constitution!
This was on full display today as a San Francisco (home of the most left wing scum) Federal judge throughout California's Proposition 8 (at least the second time the people of CA have voted for Prop 8!)defining marriage as between a man and woman stating that violates the civil rights of gays and lesbians and violates Due Process of the 14th Amendment.
OH AND BY THE WAY, THE JUDGE HIMSELF IS GAY!! But I am SURE there was no bias on his part....nah!! Couldn't be!
Here we have a judge that is TOTALLY defiant of the will of California voters and acts as judge, jury, and executioner of moral traditions in this country.
Besides the misguided and ill-applied law here, WHY THE HELL IS A FEDERAL JUDGE INTERVENING IN A STATE ISSUE?? THERE IS NO JURISDICTION HERE AND THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO GET INVOLVED WITH SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WITHIN THE PURVIEW OF A FEDERAL COURT.
Remember, when the left cannot win at the ballot box with their failed ideas, they will always run to an activist left wing judge to force their sick views on society. But if it is a war these people want, then they had better think twice because they are moving close to getting their wish!
