A dirt bag, low life judge dares to place himself above the rights of students to pray and worship, or not, as they see fit.
This jerk, Judge Fred Biery (no doubt a puke Marxist liberal) made his decision after several anti-religion groups and a spineless, gutless student claiming that he would suffer "irreparable" harm if he had to listen to students pray at the graduation ceremony.
How dare these people and this moronic judge infringe on the religious freedom of anyone--FORBIDDING anyone from praying?? Are you freakin' serious?? Who the hell does this a-hole think he is!
I am sorry if this posting seems harsh and immature but I am SO sick of unaccountable black robed jerks from passing their views and edicts onto the public as they see fit. People like this must be stripped of any power and influence.
If poor little "Johnny" Schultz (the last name of the offended child) is so against religion, he should close his ears and not listen or better yet, don't go to the graduation at all--believe me I doubt anyone would miss this little whining baby! But like most liberals, the Schultz family are gutless and childish and of course only seek freedom when it suits them and crave any opportunity to strip values, morals, and religion from the public whenever they can.
If these students were smart, they would DEFY IN MASS this judge's ridiculous order and do it anyways. What will he do, arrest them all?? Go ahead and try it I say!
Oh, we should of course kiss this judge's Marxist ass I suppose because he is "allowing" the students to make the sign of the cross anyways. Thank you, master! May we kiss your ring??

This is outrageous! How long will Christians take this sitting down? Is it not time to get up and fight for what we believe in? We are sending our troops overseas fighting for some else, while our rights back home are being stripped away. Come on Christians stand up for what you believe in. Call on God though prayer - maybe it's time for Christians to take to the streets. Who found this country the heathens or Christians? Who bled and died for this country? ReplyDeleteI am a graduate of Thomas Jefferson HS in San Antonio, and a fellow graduate of Fred Biery and we had the traditional invocation and benediction from the beginning of our nation. Fred Biery is a product of law school with Marxist teachings infiltrating law interpretation called positive law and not by precedent which was the traditional interpretation prior to 1950. You can blame Chief Justice Earl Warren and his Court for the sorry ruling in 1953. Let us pray for Texas Attorney General Gregg Abbott who is challenging Judge Fred Biery's ruling in the Appellate Court.
