This is truly a scary story!! While we are distracted with tax bills, amnesty, and START treaties, the sneaky bastards at the FCC are getting ready to defy the will of the Congress and courts and institute net neutrality rules that are a backdoor way to regulate the internet.
Congress needs to act quickly to neuter this agency and their power. And don't expect Obama to speak out on this either. Even though his administration came out officially earlier this year stating that such rules were not necessary, you can be assured that Obama and the left are secretly celebrating this move and will not do anything to stop this.
Again, this should NOT be a left/right issue as it is an infringement of EVERYONE'S liberties and freedom of speech and should be KILLED and STOPPED at any cost as it will lead to censorship and selective screening of content all in the name of "neutrality and fairness" Much like the left's view of the tax code--redistribution of wealth based on neutrality and fairness.
Like so many other of the left's anti-American policies and laws, it will have to be reversed by the Republicans when they take over next month. Take no prisoners, GOP, because the left certainly will not!
Neuter the FCC!
